Designing a better way to manage clinic schedules

I worked with Camber to design an advanced scheduling platform for behavioural health clinics across the US, quickly getting to grips with a complex industry, user needs and revenue workflows. I shaped the product IA and designed a scheduling experience that made it easier for admins to manage appointments, staff and patients across multiple clinics.
